Service Description
With a maximum of 4 people per class, our small group pt sessions are great for those that are looking for some guidance and accountability with their training within a community/group setting. The sessions are taken by one of our expert personal trainers who is able to focus their energy on the small group and give personal guidance to all involved. Sessions consist of weight training, hiit, circuits and cardiovascular conditioning and follow proven methods to help you get in great shape. All members, whether on a pack or monthly membership, will have access to our team MILO training program. A monthly training plan that they can follow along to in their own gym. This program is designed to improve general strength and fitness as well as aid in weight management.
